FC Bayern apparently has a top performer from a direct competitor on the list.
He could close a large construction site on Säbener Straße.
Munich – FC Bayern* is not currently looking for reinforcements.
Even if the squad of the record champions is outstandingly well staffed in many parts of the team, the shoe pinches here and there.
In defence, in particular, it has not only been exciting since Niklas Süle's departure in the direction of Borussia Dortmund.
BVB recently did what was usually Bayern's hobby: weaken a direct competitor with the Süle commitment.
Now the people of Munich should move back on their usual path and want to use an opponent.
FC Bayern: Classic transfer?
FCB apparently wants to weaken the competition again
Sport1
writes
that FC Bayern has Jeremie Frimpong from Bayern Leverkusen in focus.
The Werkself right-back is having a strong season and would be exactly the "joker" or winger that Julian Nagelsmann needs for his right side.
Benjamin Pavard sees himself more in central defence, where he is also needed after Süle's departure.
Problem: Frimpong still has a contract under the Bayerkreuz until 2025 (!), so it wouldn't be really cheap to get.
Before 30 million euros is the speech.
Lots of money these days.
Especially since not only FC Bayern should have the 21-year-old Dutchman on the list.

In addition to BVB, Frimpong is also traded in England and Spain.
FC Barcelona should be particularly interested there.
Tricky: Should the Catalans really strike, would Serginho Dest open a door again?
Meanwhile, from Leverkusen it can be heard that Frimpong does not deal with such rumours.
"I haven't heard anything about it," said the right-back at
Sky
: "I feel good in Leverkusen, I'm just concentrating on Bayer.
That counts."
FC Bayern: Transfer of Leverkusen full-back Frimpong would make sense
It remains to be seen whether Frimpong actually plays a role in the Bayern bosses' transfer plans.
However, the personnel for FC Bayern would make sense, since there has been a need for his position as a full-back in Munich for years.
In January 2021, the Manchester City-trained attacking defender from Celtic Glasgow came to the Rhine and immediately won a regular place.
Should Leverkusen really sell Frimpong, 30 percent of the fee would go to ManCity.
