In addition, they are asked what other areas of knowledge they want to advance in, such as neuroscience, neurophysiology and more.

Based on their answers, the topics for the meeting are selected.

The starting point of German football is how science contributes to it.

The systemic perspective is, on the one hand, what is happening on the ground and how to create the promise of as many activists as possible in the industry, i.e. more football clubs.

On the other hand, the process of locating, sorting and cultivating talent by leading coaches in the existing frameworks in Germany (Federation of Countries) - national teams, national teams and in the leading clubs from the Bundesliga to the Fourth League - must be addressed.

Much can be learned from the German system, but it is important to see and understand in depth all the components of the system, what the role is and what knowledge exists in each part of the system.

It is impossible to take one part of the whole.

In addition, it is important to understand that a system is adapted to the mentality, and the mentality of the Israeli is completely different.

The approach to the field, as I experience every year during my visit to Germany on the one hand and my knowledge and familiarity with what is happening in Israel on the other hand, indicate that there is still a significant lack of connection between science and field and not enough scientific findings in training and games.

Fields and facilities, while allowing more players to practice, can not be a base and a springboard for significant professional advancement.

We have no less talent in Israel than in other countries, both among athletes and coaches.

Coaches should be invested in developing and advancing their professional and scientific knowledge.

Even in sports we can lead the world, not just in high-tech or other medical sciences.
