The joy of Jerusalem's victory was overshadowed by the hostile atmosphere around it.

Throughout the game, objects were thrown at the bench and into the fans' stands, with the one who received quite a few curses being Willy Workman, who came to Holon for the first time since moving to the capital in the summer.

The chairman of the Purples, Eitan Lanciano, was furious with the judges at the end and negotiated with Suleiman Braimo, who reacted to him with indifference.

"We know the atmosphere and we know that such things happen here," Halperin concluded.

We did not arrive in full shape, with sick and injured, and some of the players had a hard time despite the long break we had from games.
