Lion legend Hofmann "ready to talk" for new task

In January 2022, Türkgücü and Michi Hofmann separated by mutual agreement.

After the end of his ex-club, the ex-lion does not rule out a new task.

Munich - "If an option comes up, then you're ready to talk.

The passion has been passed on,” says Michael Hofmann, explaining his future plans for “Magenta TV”.

The lion legend and Türkgücü Munich parted ways at the beginning of the year after "four and a half outstanding years".

Since then, the former Bundesliga keeper has been without a job in the professional field.

Michael Hofmann sees his new task on the pitch

"I'm currently involved in several smaller projects and I'm also involved with the next generation with a lot of fun and joy," says the 49-year-old.

Nevertheless, Hofmann is drawn back to the pitch in the future.

“One is of course trained through life experience and has the qualifications.

But I prefer to be on the field and pass on my quality there,” explains the former goalkeeper coach from Türkgücü Munich.

It is still unclear where the Bayreuth native will be drawn to.

At the moment, Hofmann can often be seen as an expert at Magenta and also commented on "Sky Sports News HD" last week about the end of his former club.
