Walpertskirchen are missing 30 goals in the derby

Coach Heilmeier has to do without Käser, Fellermeier and Baumann against SV Wörth

District – SV Walpertskirchen against SV Wörth – a neighboring duel in view of the fact that the two places are only seven kilometers apart.

“We, as promoted teams, are third in the table and receive fifth place.

If someone had said that to me before the season, I would have signed for fifth place straight away."

Josef Heilmeier, the hosts' coach, could therefore look forward to this derby in a relaxed manner.

If it weren't for this virus.

Now assistant coach Tom Geiger has also tested positive.

"The training was led by a player in Louis Schwarz who also has a coaching license," says Heilmeier.

"Let's see if I'm not sitting on the bench again on Sunday," he sends afterwards.

Luca Fellermeier, Flo Baumann and Christian Käser have joined three long-term failures.

"I'm missing 30 goals with the three," complains Heilmeier.

Franz Maier, Sebastian Schönberger, Josef Göss and Mirel Smigalovic are back.

"We have enough players, we're really looking forward to the derby, I don't know if I can stand it again at home," says Heilmeier with a grin.

"We have to get the best striker in the league under control in Christian Käser."

That was the requirement of Wörth's football boss Heini Hundsnurscher before he found out from the local newspaper that Walpertskirchen's top scorer was injured.

"I was even hoping for a bit of snowfall and a game failure," he admits.

His goalscorer, Florian Rupprecht, is ailing, Markus Humplmair and Samuel Hawkins are questionable, and some long-term absences have been a problem for Wörth for some time.

The Syrian winter newcomer Mohammad Alhaji will be used for the first time in the reserves' prelude and then sit on the bench in the first team.

When asked what would change in his plans as a result of the Käser failure, Wörth's coach Ewald Rupprecht said, "I don't even know which of my people can play at all".

With BSG Taufkirchen and FC Lengdorf, two district league dinosaurs meet.

After some serious personnel problems, BSG recently had five field players on the substitutes' bench.

Lengdorf has nothing more.

Player-coach Gianfranco Soave has to fit.

"I shouldn't have gone in again in Allershausen," he admits his mistake.

Goalkeeping coach Josef Lex will be back as a field player.

The 40-year-old played ten minutes in Allershausen "and he did it very well," Soave praised him.

At TSV Wartenberg, the goalkeeper's misery has gotten worse.

Felix Schönwälder has Corona, Yannik Schmidt injured himself in the second team.

Coach Richard Maierthaler: "I may have to reactivate Christoph Hornauer." The 40-year-old was last used twice in the second division in 2019/21.

New absentees before the game against TSV Allershausen are Sebastian Rilke and Felix Scheuchenpflug, Johann Eschbaumer is back.

At FC Eitting there are three fewer against SC Kirchdorf than against Allershausen.

Player-coach Markus Weber has to do without Tobi Herrmann, Johannes Lenz (ill) and Michael Pech (private) (see page 12).

The dominant table leader FC Finsing plays against the battered tail light TSV Moosburg.

The pursuers last played for FCF.

This time the ex-district league team has to deliver again.
