The indictment states that Mukhtari and Katsch were partners in KM 1510 Investments Ltd., which has ceased operations in recent years. According to the suspicion, in February 2020, Mukhtari forged a check for NIS 66,000, signed it on his behalf and forged Katsh's signature. Mukhtari needed the signatures of both partners to withdraw the checks in that amount.
