It remains tight at the top of the table.
Werder Bremen dominated Sandhausen in the first half and also in large parts of the second (6:0 shots on goal in the first half, 70 percent ball possession), but in the end there was only a draw.
Pascal Testroet surprisingly gave the guests the lead (64th minute), but Marvin Ducksch still equalized (73rd minute).
Werder jumped to the top because of the defeat of FC St. Pauli the day before and now has 52 points, pursuers Darmstadt and St. Pauli are behind with 51 points.
At half-time, Düsseldorf had two goals in front, both times it was a cross followed by a direct acceptance a few meters in front of the goal that led to success.
First Rouwen Hennings played the ball in the middle, Daniel Ginczek converted (31st).
Then Hennings met Khaled Narey, this time from the right, himself (38').
But Karlsruhe didn't give up and was rewarded: Marvin Wanitzek was initially able to shorten the gap with a penalty kick (66'), Philipp Hofmann then even equalized with a hard shot from the edge of the penalty area (83').
Heidenheim also had a comfortable lead at the break.
In the third minute it was Tim Kleindienst who headed the host's first chance.
After that, Nuremberg dominated the game, but it was Heidenheim again with the next goal.
Maurice Malone pushed the ball through the legs of Nuremberg keeper Christian Mathenia (36th).
Kleindienst made the decision with his second goal of the game, his ninth goal of the season.
Manuel Schäffler's Nuremberg goal came too late to catch up (88').
