It has been a long time since Hasan Kivran spoke publicly.

The former financier and president of Türkgücü Munich has now spoken on Instagram.

Munich – On Sunday morning, after months of silence, Hasan Kivran apparently commented on the demise of Türkgücü Munich for the first time.

The financier and still-president, who originally wanted to move up to the 2nd Bundesliga* with the club, has addressed the public with two posts on an (not yet) official Instagram profile.

"I lacked the support of the 'community' that should have underpinned my investment in the long term."

Hasan Kivran.

"For six years I supported my heart club with passion, energy and money to offer a home for the Turkish-German football community," writes Kivran.

"The developments of the last few months with associations, the city, sponsors and spectators made me think about my investment.

At the end of January I had to make the decision that I would no longer support the club financially because the prospects, both sporting and structural, had steadily deteriorated.

The 55-year-old remains guilty of what exactly has deteriorated.

Apologies to football fans, opponents in the 3rd league, employees or ex-professionals from Türkgücü Munich* who are without a job?

None!

Not a word is said about the chaos of the past few weeks and the uncertainty for everyone involved.

Instead, he complains about the lack of support and recognition in the community.

“I lacked the support of the 'community' that should have underpinned my investment in the long term.

Anyone who knows me knows that I keep going.

Now I want to take you with me in my commitment from the last few years and also in the future on my journey.

Hasan Kivran: Türkgücü Munich should start in the regional league next season

The second part of his message is likely to cause frowns among the former employees on Heinrich-Wieland-Strasse.

Because there Kivran announces that he will do everything possible to "hand the club over smoothly to my successor and I will work to ensure that Türkgücü Munich can start in the Regionalliga Bayern 2022/2023".

It is doubtful whether it will be possible to "hand over the club smoothly" after the last few weeks.

After Kivran had been at the diving station for weeks and, for example, trainer Andreas Heraf could no longer be reached from one day to the next, he now wants to save what can actually no longer be saved.

The club must submit an application for reintegration to the BFV by Friday, April 7th.

It is uncertain whether the association will comply with this.

Due to the withdrawal during the season, the club lost its right to play.

There is even a restart in the C-Class in the room.
