In the 39th minute, the visitors took the lead from a goal by Fabian Shear, but already after 4 minutes, even before the half time break, Ben Davis made sure of the equalizer.
In the second half Tottenham completely took control of the game - Matt Doherty turned (48), while Jung Min Sun (54), Emerson (63) and Stephen Brahwin (83) joined in the celebration at Tottenham Stadium.
The Spurs, with a third straight win, climbed to fourth place at the expense of Arsenal, though the Gunners are missing two games.
Newcastle on the other hand suffered a third straight loss and are just 9 points above the red line.

In another game, West Ham beat Everton 1-2 at home from goals by Arun Cresswell (32) and Jarrod Bowen (59).
Mason Holgate (54) temporarily equalized for the Topies, who have just 25 points - three points above the red line.
