This 45th edition of the Paris marathon was won by Deso Gelmisa after the sprint in the last meters, ahead of his compatriot Seifu Tura.
A race completed in 2h05m and 07 seconds for the Ethiopian winner, who arrived a few seconds before his compatriot.
Frenchman Morhad Amdouni, European champion in the 10,000m, took third place in the race and at the same time set himself a French record.
A new mark in 2h05m and 22 seconds, thus erasing the record of Benoît Zwierzchiewski, old from 2003, and its 2h06m and 36 seconds.
