It's approaching: Manchester United are set to conclude the appointment of brother Eric Tenn as their new coach for next season.

Tan Brother, 52, the Dutch coach of Ajax, who was already interviewed by the team last month, was one of four coaches on United's list of options - along with PSG coach Mauricio Pochettino, Spain national team coach Luis Enrique and coach Sevilla G. And Lian Luftaghi.

Two other coaches who were wanted by the team - Thomas Tuchel from Chelsea and Julian Naglesman from Bayern Munich - made it clear that they are not available and under contract.

According to reports from a number of trusted sources in England and the Netherlands, including ESPN, United have selected Belly Brother as their next coach, and he is expected to leave Ajax after four seasons.

Who should be his assistant is Rene Molenstein, formerly the coach of Maccabi Haifa (and previously also in the professional team of United under Alex Ferguson).

United's search for a coach was led by team manager John Morteau and technical director Darren Fletcher, who reported on their election as general manager Richard Arnold, who along with chairman Joel Glazer are set to approve the decision.

There were executives who actually preferred Pochettino, but Arnold and Glazer preferred Brother Tan - and he is expected to replace Ralph Rangnick, who was appointed in December to replace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who was fired.

United's hope is that the Devil Brother or Pochettino will replace Solskjaer, but Pochettino had a clause in his contract that his release from PSG would cost United 12 million euros.

Pochettino's failure in the Champions League with PSG hurt his shares, after the French lost a clear advantage and were relegated against Real Madrid - and United wanted a coach with proven success in the factory.
