The "Bakery Jatta case" and no end.

The Hamburg public prosecutor is trying to keep the identity dispute about the HSV player alive.

Hamburg – In the meantime, there has been a bit of Hamburg Cathedral* and the popular question “Who wants again, who hasn’t got it yet?”, which is often blared over the loudspeaker system at many a ride to get a few more customers and euros generate more.

Only: In this case it's not about a wild ride and the people involved are always identical.

But it keeps repeating itself over and over again.

What exactly?

The attempt by the Hamburg public prosecutor to attach something to HSV player Bakery Jatta in the dispute over his identity and somehow keep the proceedings against the offensive player of Hamburger SV* alive.

The latest HSV news in this case: The public prosecutor's office in Hamburg * has now filed a bias against the judge in the possible proceedings against HSV kicker Bakery Jatta *.

The public prosecutor's office still accuses Jatta of not being Jatta but Bakary Daffeh.

Identity dispute about Bakery Jatta: This is how the HSV professional's lawyer reacted to the request of the Hamburg public prosecutor's office

In the meantime, nobody should be wrong when he calls the dispute over the identity of HSV player Bakery Jatta a never-ending story.

A happy ending to the question that has been ongoing since 2019 as to whether Bakery Jatta is really Bakery Jatta or Bakary Daffeh is still not really foreseeable.

It was only recently in March 2022 that the HSV-News-Hammer announced that the proceedings against Bakery Jatta have been discontinued*, but the question of whether the Hamburg public prosecutor's office is now filing a complaint against the judgment in the Jatta case* has now been answered: Yes, the complaint of the public prosecutor's office has been lodged.

The lawyer from HSV-Kicker Bakery Jatta * also spoke up after the complaint by the Hamburg public prosecutor against the decision of the Hamburg-Altona district court, the same applies to the judges' association, which in the Jatta case expressed allegations of racism *.

But anyone who believes that there is calm with the court's decision is mistaken: As the Hamburger Abendblatt reports, the Hamburg public prosecutor's office has filed a motion for bias against district judge Volker Stegmann, who rejected proceedings in the identity dispute over HSV player Bakery Jatta Has.

Identity dispute over HSV professional: This is how things continue after the rejected application in the "Bakery Jatta case".

Speaking of rejection: This is exactly what happened with the application for bias that the public prosecutor's office confirmed to the Abendblatt.

Judge Heike Flatau from the district court in Altona has now communicated this rejection in a new decision.

“There is no room for Mr. Stegmann to be biased.

Just because the public prosecutor's office does not like the result does not mean that there is a basis for bias," the Abendblatt quotes the lawyer for HSV professional Bakery Jatta, Thomas Bliwier, who considers the Hamburg public prosecutor's application for bias as an attempt "correct undesired result."

Should the public prosecutor's office in Hamburg in the next act in the identity dispute about HSV footballer Bakery Jatta also lodge a complaint against the rejection of the application for bias, the district court in the Hanseatic city of Hamburg* will then decide.

Ultimately means nothing other than that the last chapter in the "Bakery Jatta case" has still not been written, even weeks after the actual decision of the Hamburg-Altona district court.

Rather, the dispute over Bakery Jatta, who has the backing of HSV fans* and whose case HSV sports director Jonas Boldt has commented on*, goes even further.

A typical never-ending story.
