The Hamburg public prosecutor is trying to keep the identity dispute about the HSV player alive.

The lawyer from HSV-Kicker Bakery Jatta * also spoke up after the complaint by the Hamburg public prosecutor against the decision of the Hamburg-Altona district court, the same applies to the judges' association, which in the Jatta case expressed allegations of racism *.

But anyone who believes that there is calm with the court's decision is mistaken: As the Hamburger Abendblatt reports, the Hamburg public prosecutor's office has filed a motion for bias against district judge Volker Stegmann, who rejected proceedings in the identity dispute over HSV player Bakery Jatta Has.

Judge Heike Flatau from the district court in Altona has now communicated this rejection in a new decision.

“There is no room for Mr. Stegmann to be biased.

Just because the public prosecutor's office does not like the result does not mean that there is a basis for bias," the Abendblatt quotes the lawyer for HSV professional Bakery Jatta, Thomas Bliwier, who considers the Hamburg public prosecutor's application for bias as an attempt "correct undesired result."
