Türkgücü Munich submits the license documents for the regional league in the coming season.

An application for admission is not necessary.

Munich

- Türkgücü Munich will most likely be able to start in the Bavarian Regionalliga next season.

Managing Director Max Kothny confirmed that the license documents for the highest Bavarian amateur league should be submitted on time.

If the BFV agrees to the declaration of participation, there is nothing standing in the way of the Perlachers starting the regional league in the 2022/23 season.

The former third division team does not have to submit an application for integration, as was recently assumed.

DFB reports Türkgücü as the first relegated team

And that, although the situation actually seemed clear.

"If a team withdraws from the game, it loses the right to play," said the BFV when asked at the end of March, referring to its statutes.

The crash from the 3rd league to the C class threatened.

Only an application for integration could help, it was said at the time.

That would also have been the case if the 3rd league were a BFV league.

But she isn't.

The 3rd league is under the patronage of the DFB and therefore the DFB regulations also apply to the relegated teams.

At the request of the BFV, the DFB announced that Türkgücü was the first to be relegated after deregistering from the game and going to the regional league.

The eV is therefore entitled to play for the coming season.

In plain language: If Türkgücü Munich registers for the coming regional league season and meets the license requirements, the Perlacher will start next season in the fourth highest league.

Türkgücü Munich: With which players does the new season start?

Incidentally, when examining the license documents from the BFV, the focus is on the venue and the infrastructure of the club.

Türkgücü is currently in talks with SV Heimstetten, among others, in order to be able to present a suitable venue for the coming season.

The association does not check the profitability of the association.

However, it is still completely unclear with which team Türkgücü will start the coming season, provided that the BFV agrees to the declaration of participation.

Due to the bankruptcy, all player contracts became invalid on April 1st.

Türkgücü must therefore set up a completely new team.
