17-year-old Gavi has not yet extended his contract with FC Barcelona, which expires in 2023.
Many top clubs are said to be interested, FC Bayern's interest is "particularly worrying."

reports, FC Bayern should be interested in Gavi from FC Barcelona.
The 17-year-old central midfielder has not yet extended his contract, which expires in 2023.
In addition to Liverpool FC, Chelsea FC, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain are said to have kept an eye on the situation.
The Catalan newspaper reports that FC Bayern's interest is particularly "worrying" for those responsible at FC Barcelona.

Despite Munich's interest, FC Barcelona is optimistic about extending Gavi.
The Europa League elimination against Eintracht Frankfurt does not change that.
50 million euros are currently due for the native Andalusian, from July 1st the transfer fee should increase to 100 million euros.
President Joan Laporta is already working on a contract extension, he recently confirmed to the club media.
"If he wants to stay, he will stay," Laporta said.

What qualities make Gavi interesting for FC Bayern?
Gavi usually plays in central midfield.
“To have him is a spectacle.
He is the future of the club.
It's amazing how he's already playing at his age.
He can make the difference," enthused Barca coach Xavi Hernandez in December.
Gavi was trained at La Masia, FC Barcelona's youth academy, from 2015.
The teenager is technically excellent, good at dribbling and safe in passing.
Xavi praises his ball wins and describes him as "very competitive".
However, the youngster has to improve in “tactical situations”.
Gavi doesn't always make the right decisions, but it's "fabulous" what an impact Gavi is already having at the age of 17.
He may soon exert this influence in the FC Bayern Munich jersey.
A sale of Gavi could be exciting for FC Barcelona in terms of further personnel planning.
FC Bayern allegedly doubts that FC Barcelona could currently pay the fee for Robert Lewandowski.
