At the moment, football pitches are hotbeds of tension from some parents of players.
The Paris region has not been spared by this type of incident and incivility in recent weeks.
This time, it was Saturday in Brittany, at La Piverdière, the Stade Rennais training center, that a player's father was sadly noticed.
The son started in central defense
The scene took place near the Stade Rennes reserve ground.
A few minutes earlier, the N3 lost to its counterpart at Stade Brestois.
On the lawn an incident then broke out between Denis Arnaud, the director of the Stade Rennes training center, and Robert Françoise, the father of Noah Françoise, central defender of the N3 who started this Saturday against Brest.
The sequence, filmed by a mobile phone, was published in the evening on social networks, before being withdrawn later.
Short fight and internal investigation
A very short fight would have taken place between the two men, in front of several witnesses.
The tension would have risen a notch after a response from Denis Arnaud to a vehement interpellation from Robert Françoise.
The dispute would concern the future of the young player who turned professional and under contract until 2024. Noah Françoise (18) has only very little integrated Bruno Genesio's group this season.
Which would explain, if not excuse, the tensions between Robert Françoise and Denis Arnaud.

The management of the club took up the case for which an investigation was opened internally.
Breton leaders want to understand the reasons for this altercation.
But before the result of this investigation, Stade Rennais FC published a statement of support.
The club "strongly condemns"

Saturday April 23, after the national 3 match between Stade Rennais FC and Stade Brestois 29, the director of the training center Denis Arnaud was the victim of verbal and physical aggression by the father of a player.
Pending an internal investigation, Stade Rennais FC strongly condemns this unacceptable behavior which is radically opposed to the values of football and the spirit of the Red and Black Academy.
The club sends its full support to Denis Arnaud and the club's educators.

Noah Françoise, an adult, should not be held responsible for the actions of his father.
On the other hand, the latter risks at least being banned from entering the Rennes training center.
