Not so imagined the Brooklyn Nets would end their NBA season, tonight (Tuesday) the team lost to the Boston Celtics and was eliminated in a 4-0 sweep in the first round of the playoffs.
One of the biggest franchises in the league, with two stars like Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving who are undisputedly two of the best in the industry, finds himself once again finishing the season earlier than expected, for the second year in a row after being relegated to champions Milwaukee in the second playoff round last year.
The two stars of the team, referred after the loss to the painful relegation and surprised in their reactions.
Durant spoke of coach Steve Nash whose status of course was greatly undermined: "Steve faced his first two years as a coach with crazy things, Corona, injuries, trades, and I'm proud of the way he kept up, and his passion for us players."
