The indoor season was quite successful for TC Weilheim.

The women 60 and the men even finished their round with an impeccable record.

Weilheim - Not in a concentrated form, but with a few teams, the TC Weilheim took part in the "Winter Round" of the Bavarian Tennis Association.

Similar to the usual summer season, team duels will be held in different leagues.

The Weilheimers won the championship title in three divisions in the winter round.

The ladies 60 took first place in the district league in a sovereign manner.

With 12:0 points, they were well ahead of their closest pursuers, TSV Forstenried (9:3) and TSV Schäftlarn (8:4).

In six games, the women from Weilheim gave up only three match points.

The good performances in the hall "give hope that the newly formed team can also play a good role in the summer season," said the TC in a statement.

Three first places for TC Weilheim in the winter round

The Weilheim Ladies 60 compete outdoors in the Bavarian League South.

The season starts on May 14 with the away game against TSV Rohrbach.

Playing for Weilheim in the winter round: team leader Christine Reiser (7-0 wins), Sabine Diesel-Kemper (5-1), Christiane Rill (10-0), Ruth Schütz (10-0), Evi Steinmetz (4-0) , Karin Bauer-Schick (5:2), Angela Kraus (2:0) and Monika Obermaier (1:1).

The Weilheim men also had an impeccable record.

The team led by club trainer Jordan Wenninger competed in district class 1 and won the title with 12:0 points ahead of district rivals TC Penzberg (9:3).

In a direct duel with the neighbors, the Weilheimers prevailed 5:1.

The following players were used on the part of the district townsfolk during the season: Sebastian Eichhorn (0:1), Tobias Stiglmair (2:1), Stefan Nonnenmann (1:2), Raphael Briegel (5:1), Korbinian Wacker (3: 1), Joel Schleberger (2-0), Sebastian Goslich (2-0), Moritz Streitwieser (1-0), Johannes Wörle (1-1), Simon Büscher (2-0), Daniel Koeglmayr (7-1) , Christian Bettinger (3-1), David Hendel (3-0) and Jordan Wenninger (7-0).

In the summer season, the TC men will compete with their first team in the Südliga 1.

Opponents include TC Penzberg, TSV Otterfing, TC Herrsching and TSV Neubiberg-Ottobrunn.

The season starts on May 8th.

Due to a structural reform in the Free State, the game classes were reorganized and renamed.

The women of TC Weilheim also ended up at the top of their league in the winter round.

With 9:1 points they managed the best balance in the district class 2.

The season was characterized by several missed games - the Weilheimers won against Greifenberg, Söcking and STC Oberland without a fight.

The team won the game against SV Ascholding 5:1, the comparison with TC Mittenwald ended in a 3:3 draw.

Playing for Weilheim were: Nina Wiesmaier (3:1), Ramona Feierabend (2:0), Anna Helmenstein (5:0), Emily Lubitz (2:0), Clara Avenarius (0:2), Elena Sonn (2:0 ) and Charlotte Lubitz (1:1).
