UEFA announced tonight (Monday) that the suspension of Russian teams will continue next season following the invasion of Ukraine.
The exclusion will affect all of Russia's national teams that will not take part in the international events, as well as the Russian teams that will not be able to play in the European frameworks - the Champions League and the Europa League.
Russia will not participate in this summer's UEFA Women's EURO 2022.
Portugal, the opponent defeated by Russia in the qualifying play-offs, will now participate in Group C.
Additionally, Russian teams will not participate in UEFA club competitions next season.
