Last night, the Maccabi Haifa football club submitted a request for another hearing in the Football Association, to cancel the sentence on probation and to delay the execution of the decision to close the northern stand.
In the application, the club claimed through Adv. Ofer Ben-Asa that the Supreme Court's decision was wrong and contrary, since it ignored the decision of the Disciplinary Court.
The club claimed that it was determined that the fulfillment of the condition would be carried out only in aggravated circumstances.
Therefore the Supreme Court can now not ignore this decision, and any other decision will harm the legal stability of the institutions, and the reliance of the groups on decisions.
Supreme Court President Strasnov sought the association's immediate response.
