The Jerusalem Regional Labor Court today (Monday) rejected the lawsuit of former player Aviram Baruchian, who demanded NIS 2.5 million from Betar Jerusalem for severance pay, convalescence allowance, wage withholding compensation and work on Saturday, for the period he played for the club several years ago.
Betar Jerusalem was represented in the lawsuit by attorneys Ronen Mozson and Shani Seduf Perl. Judge Sarah Bruiner Israzda wrote in her reasoning that:

The judge further wrote that: "In addition to the above, we were under the impression that the reason for filing the lawsuit at this time was the plaintiff's waiting for his retirement from the game. The plaintiff will bear the defendant's expenses and attorney's fees in the total amount of NIS 6,000."
