For the first time in the history of the club, SV Haspelmoor has risen in the district class.

In the second leg he won 3-1 (2-0) against SV Germering.

Marco Kistler and Robert Kleisch scored twice, while only Philipp Riffert scored a penalty for Germering.

The SVG still has one last chance.

Haspelmoor

- Around 100 meters of football pitch lay between joy and frustration.

While the Germeringer retreated under a shady tree, the hosts cheered in the sunshine.

Haspelmoor player coach Jürgen Schamberger was on cloud nine.

"It was outstanding from the team."

With six men on the bench, the Haspelmoorers went into the crucial game.

It was clear from the start that everything was at stake.

The duels were a bit more edgy than in the first leg, the decisions of the Munich referee Martin Horne, who seemed uncertain in some phases, were commented on a bit more excitedly.

SVG coach Christian Patsch was not satisfied in the first half.

"Tempo, pressure, we need more." Such loud instructions came from the Germeringer coaching bench not only once.

Patsch shook his head at a harmless long-range shot by his troops.

However, his team was also unlucky: After hitting the post, they almost conceded the 0:1 in return and shortly before the half-time whistle the 0:2.

That triggered emotional discussion in the Germeringer player camp and a positive anger in the stomach.

Germering has to go to the Lucky Looser round

In any case, the guests showed themselves unwilling to back down.

The SVG's list of clearer chances grew longer, while the Haspelmoorers' relief attacks became increasingly sparse.

Her keeper Dominik Feigl took center stage.

"He saved us from the thing tipping over," praised Coach Schamberger.

"But he didn't rise alone either." Each individual definitely deserves a powerful promotion celebration.

Schamberger cut back on the celebrations and said goodbye to vacation.

The 46-year-old will be seen again for the new season: "I'll be there for another year," he announced to the daily newspaper.

Despite the defeat, SV Germering has not yet been relegated.

Nevertheless, coach Patsch initially dealt with frustration.

The sermon in the booth in the shade of a tree could also be heard at a distance from the team circle.

"In a game like this, you need the whole 90 minutes of pace," said Patsch.

This can also be seen as a request and encouragement for the last chance to stay up.

Next Thursday, 6.30 p.m. in Gilching, SV Germering meets TSV Pentenried.

If the SVG wins this decisive game – called the Lucky Loser Round – it will remain a district classist in the coming season.
