Young national team player Ilai Almkeys has been released from the squad ahead of tomorrow's game against San Marino, following an inflammation in their appendix.
The young midfielder who played this season at the Austrian Admiral is being treated at the hospital and is expected to undergo surgery.
In the loss against Albania, he came off the bench in the 65th minute.
The team that lost to Latvia on Thursday, will host San Marino tomorrow and must win to keep the chance of finishing the home stage of the Euro qualifiers in second place, and qualifying for the playoffs - when it hopes the Polish team will lose to Germany.
