The Catalan club had already announced that it had reached an agreement in principle with FC Bayern for the transfer of the 33-year-old Polish striker.
It still remained for the person concerned, who joined his new teammates on Sunday on the Miami side, to pass the usual medical examinations, which was done on Monday.
This Tuesday evening, Barça confirms that everything is set: Lewandowski only has to sign his contract.
Amount of the transfer ?
45 M€, plus 5 in the form of bonuses.
The former Dortmund player will commit for four seasons, until 2026, his contract will be accompanied by a release clause for the less dissuasive at 500 M€.
Bavarian legend Robert Lewandowski scored 344 goals and delivered 72 assists in 375 matches with the Munich club, notably winning the Champions League (2020) and eight German championship titles.
