I want to thank Borussia Dortmund and the medical team who have been exceptional with me.

A big thank you also to all the nursing staff of the hospital for their support and their benevolence, ”wrote the Ivorian international without specifying whether he had undergone a first operation.

Monday evening, Borussia Dortmund, his new club, announced that the center forward had a tumor in the testicles.

The former Ajax Amsterdam player had been admitted to a specialized medical center according to the German club.
