Although the DFB women's team hotel is right next to Wembley Stadium, they would have to move again if they reached the final - further away.
London/Munich - The team hotel of the German women's national soccer team is only 15 kilometers away from the legendary final stadium in Wembley.
But should captain Alexandra Popp, Giulia Gwinn and Co. win against France in the semifinals, they still have to move again.

The team hotel Syon Park in London will be used for one last night after the France match in Milton Keynes.
In the event of a bankruptcy and thus an out at the women's European Championship in England, the footballers go home to Germany anyway.
But even with a win, the players would have to pack their bags in coach Martina Voss-Tecklenburg.
DFB women have to change hotels when they reach the final
Then they have to move to the luxury hotel "The Grove" in Watford, which is even further away from the final venue: 20 kilometers from Wembley.
The reason for the seemingly senseless hotel castling is said to be equal opportunities: the opponent in the final also has to move to another hotel so that both teams have to get used to a new bed.
UEFA took care of this in advance.
In the final, hosts England await the winner from Germany against France.
The British won convincingly 4-0 against Sweden.
