Rainer Winter chaired his first assembly of delegates as President of TSV Erding.

Erding – The 56-year-old head of an academy for managers in Munich was elected last year to succeed Thomas Zahn, who had not run for office after six years.

Winter reported on the past year and also had some innovations ready.

President Winter welcomed 63 voting delegates from the individual TSV departments in the TSV clubhouse at the swimming pool.

He first gave the floor to treasurer Willi Wendel, who presented the cash report for 2021.

The opening inventory on January 1, 2021 was around 227,200 euros, the ending inventory on December 31 was around 235,600 euros.

TSV Erding has thus recorded a profit of 8400 euros.

The largest items on the income side were membership fees (110,277 euros), grants from authorities (47,127) and donations or grants (63,850).

On the expenditure side, Wendel cited grants to departments (138,395 euros), expense allowances (16,218), tax advice (5,918), digitization costs (5,996), association fees (10,855) and insurance (4,685) as the highest items.

The long-time cash auditor Harry Sommer reported that there were no objections to the audit and asked the assembly for discharge, which was also granted unanimously.

Second treasurer Günter Sandner then took the floor.

He thanked Sommer's volunteer cash auditors and surprised them with the statement that they would no longer be needed in the future, as all bookkeeping had now been handed over to a tax consultant.

The TSV President then gave some information and presented various innovations in the club. First, he welcomed the representatives of the two new TSV departments Goshin-Jitsu and Shinkendo.

He then presented the new TSV website again before introducing Sandra Bachhuber (IT support and digitization) and Andi Weigel, who will take over the bookkeeping and work with the tax consultant.

The IT infrastructure had been renewed, including the introduction of new e-mail addresses, for liability and data protection reasons, reported Winter.

Likewise, Microsoft Teams can now be used by the departments.

With the new patio roof, a larger investment was made in the TSV clubhouse.

The old locking system will be replaced by a new system that can be operated via an app.

After that, the TSV President went into some of the successes of the departments.

He congratulated the first badminton team on their ascent and congratulated the TSV-Eishackler on their first place in the Bayernliga relegation round.

In the gymnastics department, outstanding performances and some first places were achieved, Winter was happy.

He congratulated him heartily.

"Unfortunately, the hall usage fee still has to be borne by the respective departments at the moment," he announced.

"The application for funding was submitted to the city at the beginning of the year, but nothing has happened there since then," he criticized.

Finally, Winter went back to the "abolition" of the auditors.

Paragraph 36 of the TSV statutes provides for the election of cash auditors.

"Since these are no longer needed, the statutes will have to be changed in the near future," the President clarified.
