French athlete Laura Valette qualified for the semi-finals of the 100m hurdles of the European Championships in Munich on Saturday.
Very well out of the starting blocks, Valette (25) finished second in her series in 13 sec 30, behind the Briton Jessica Hunter (13.27).
The two other French players Cyréna Samba-Mayela and Laeticia Bapté had already qualified directly for the semi-finals, which will take place on Sunday at 7:10 p.m.
