The European champion in artistic gymnastics, Daria Atmanov, returned today (Friday) to compete in the Challenge Cup at the College in Romania, where at the end of the first qualifying day she was ranked third overall.

The 16-year-old Atmanov achieved a score of 35.9 points in the hoop exercise and added 32.250 points in the ball, when she scored a total of 68.150 points, while the one who currently leads the competition is the Italian Sofia Raffaelli with an impressive score of 72.2 points.
The one who returned to compete is Adi Katz, when at the end of the opening day she is in eighth place overall, after receiving a score of 33 points in the hoop and adding 31.8 points in the ball.
The Israeli team is ranked first overall, at the end of the five hoops exercise, out of the 17 participating countries, after achieving a score of 36,450 points.
The team includes: Ofir Shaham, Hadar Friedman, Diana Svartsov, Shani Beknov, Romi Pritsky.
The Israeli team competes under the leadership of the national head coach Ayelet Zusman, together with the three coaches Ella Samoflov, Natasha Stifanova and Natalie Malka, assistant coaches Ida Meirin and Alona Kushbetsky and team manager Natasha Asmolov.
The competition in Romania is a preparation for the World Championship that will be held in Sofia, Bulgaria in less than a month, where the first tickets for the Olympic Games in Paris 2024 will already be distributed.
