In preparation for the Asian qualifiers to be hosted by Jordan next month, the Syrian youth football team tied its Lebanese counterpart with a goal for the same in a friendly match within the training camp it is holding in Lebanon.
Our team advanced first in the 67th minute through Hamza Al-Sawas, who came as a substitute for Hassan Al-Dahan, and in the 75th minute, Adel for the Lebanese team, Muhammad Mahdi Al-Moussawi.
This friendly is the second for our team, as they tied 1-1 in the first match that brought them together yesterday, and witnessed the participation of our expatriate players Elias Safar, a professional in Sweden, and Judy Muhammad, a professional in Germany.
Our team’s delegation to its camp in Lebanon consisted of Muhammad Abdullah as supervisor, Walid Abu Al-Sul, the national team manager, Dutch coach Mark Vote, coach, Maan Al-Rashed as coach, Akram Ali and Ahmed Galad as assistant coaches, the Egyptian Mohamed Sayed Khalil as a physical trainer, Nizar Al-Droubi as a guards coach, Abu Shuqir as an administrator, Muhammad Nasser as a performance analyst and Anas Bahlawan as a doctor. And Muhammad Akash as a healer, Samer Al-Khair as a media coordinator, and Jalal Al-Ghawi in charge of the equipment.
The players also included Mohamed Hassouni, Khaled Al-Hajja, Ali Al-Rina, Amer Fayyad, Malik Janair, Hassan Dahan, Mahmoud Nayef, Zakaria Ramadan, Mahmoud Al-Aswad, Qais Al-Battah, Mohamed Asaad, Mohamed Yamen Al-Mutlaq, Ammar Alema, Ahmed Al-Hussein, Judy Mohamed, Ayham Karnia, Anis Qassem, Mustafa Hammo, Ahmed Al-Kalou, Hamza Sawas, Mohandi Fadel, Mahmoud Safar .
