"It's very important to me to be loved": Sadio Mané raves about FC Bayern

Sadio Mané is already one of the top performers at FC Bayern.
Now he reveals why a good relationship with the fans is important to him.
Munich – Four Bundesliga games, three goals.
Sadio Mané, the new superstar in FC Bayern Munich's kit, apparently only knows the adjustment period from hearsay.
"It feels like I've been here for a very long time," Mané explained at Bayern's traditional lederhosen photo shoot.
His current performance confirms that. The Senegalese also scored twice in the 1-1 draw against Borussia Mönchengladbach at the weekend - but both times from offside positions.
And yet you notice how well Mané already harmonizes with his new colleagues.
So he was "very lucky to be here," emphasized the winger.

Not only the interaction with the Bayern squad, but also with the fans of FC Bayern Sadio Mané harmonizes extremely well.
His action alone after the 6-1 win against Eintracht Frankfurt at the start of the league caused a lot of enthusiasm in their own ranks.
Mané climbed onto the fence in the Bayern block and chanted chants via megaphone.
"I'm very happy and proud to be part of this club," enthused the 30-year-old and revealed: "It's very important to me to be loved.
I always want to give my best and I want to make the fans happy and proud.” Sport director Hasan Salihamidzic also gets enthusiastic about Mané.
The new signing from Liverpool has an "incredible mentality" on and off the pitch, emphasized the Bayern boss after the Champions League draw on Thursday.
Mané reveals why he has owned lederhosen for eight years
Now Mané could delve deeper into the Bavarian tradition - in lederhosen.
Lederhosen are anything but new for the striker.
"I know a bit about it because I wore it to the Christmas parties," Mané revealed.
What he means?
Even during his time at RB Salzburg, he wore traditional trousers.
And: "I like it, I've still had her with me for eight years." FC Bayern fans are certainly happy to hear that.
