Summary: Bnei Sakhnin - Maccabi Haifa 1:0 (Sport1)
The Senegalese defender, Abdoulaye Sak, landed in Israel and will sign with Maccabi Haifa.
The 30-year-old Sek closed all his conditions for the arrival from Antwerp and received permission to board a flight to Israel after Ali Muhammad officially received a temporary resident certificate yesterday - which vacated the status of a foreigner.
Sk will undergo medical tests today, sign his contract and be registered in the squad for the Champions League.
He will join Dylan in Tubinsika who signed yesterday.
At the same time, in Haifa they are continuing their efforts to add Aden Shamir to the team until tomorrow in order to register him for the Champions League as well.
If the Standard Liège midfielder fails to sign by Friday, the champions will continue negotiations with the aim of signing him until the end of the transfer window in the Premier League, when he will only be able to play in the local establishments.
Today, Raz Meir will hold a training match together with the youth team, where the professional team will monitor the game and his fitness.
If the professional team realizes that Meir is returning to activity and will be able to take part in the Champions League games, he may register at the expense of one of the other players for the Champions League games.
As I recall, following the signing of the two foreign defenders, there are 27 players over the age of 21 in the Greens' roster, while only 25 can be registered. At this point, the tendency is to leave Uri Dahan and Ben Shaher off the list, but if it turns out that Meir is not ready, one of them may still be registered.
Coming soon in green.

Today, the sale of tickets for the three home games for the Champions League will open, with only the home tickets being able to purchase tickets, while the rest of the tickets will be allocated to Haifa - Green Plus club card holders.
Maccabi Haifa is afraid of tampering with tickets and has published a clarification that anyone caught tampering will have their subscription blocked.
In the last few days, there have been people on social networks offering thousands of shekels for tickets, while subscribers have also received personal requests and offers that reach up to 9,000 shekels.
"We are monitoring what is happening on the social networks," they wrote in a message to the fans, "as soon as there are fans who make illegal use of their rights, we will freeze/cancel the subscriptions."
