Sadio Mané strikes at FC Bayern.
But the star striker also knows how to impress off the field.
Munich – Five goals in six competitive games: Sadio Mané's debut at Bayern could hardly have been better.
Another five goals were disallowed for offside positions or handballs by Mané.
But the star striker, who moved to the Bavarian capital after six years in Liverpool, doesn't just impress fans with his footballing skills.
Mané also inspires the people of Munich from a human point of view.
Sadio Mané immediately became the crowd favorite at FC Bayern
It cannot be taken for granted that things will go so well straight away – as Mané himself knows: “I was lucky,” he told

.
“The people, the club: wow!
They all gave me a great reception.” The Senegalese quickly won the hearts of the fans – and that obviously affects him.
“Being loved by the fans means a lot to me.
I want to do my best every day to make them happy and proud.” Directly after the first Bundesliga game, a 6-1 win in Frankfurt, Mané grabbed the lead singer's megaphone and celebrated with the fans in the corner.

Coach Julian Nagelsmann not only appreciates the commitment of the 30-year-old on the pitch.
Sadio Mané is also something special in character.
“He improved the team from day one.
He is an absolute team player who puts his own sensitivities very far behind and can very consciously take a back seat to let others shine," said the Bayern coach, adding: "Sometimes he is perhaps too humble for the status he actually has, but that's why he's also very well received."

Sadio Mané poses in leather pants
Sadio Mané seems to have quickly gotten used to life in Bavaria.
At the Oktoberfest photo shoot, he posed in lederhosen, which he already knows from his time in Salzburg.
"I like the costume because I've had one for 8 years.
I kept them back then," he told the Kronen-Zeitung.
For religious reasons, however, Mané renounced the traditional beer, as did team-mate Noussair Mazraoui, also new to the Bayern squad.
Unlike Mané, however, Mazraoui still has to fight for a place in the starting XI and the hearts of the fans.
