Monegasque Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) will start in pole position for the Italian Grand Prix on Sunday in Monza, ahead of Briton George Russell (Mercedes).
Max Verstappen (Red Bull), leader of the world championship, set the second fastest time in qualifying on Saturday but the Dutchman will only start 7th, penalized for a change of internal combustion engine beyond the quota authorized each season.
