Summary: Maccabi Haifa - Section Nes Ziona 1:3 (Sport1)

Maccabi Haifa's midfielder Ali Muhammad this morning (Sunday) held a training session on the sidelines with the fitness coaches in order to prepare him for the match against Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday as part of the Champions League.

As you know, Ali Mohamed was injured in the match against Benfica and there is doubt about his participation.

The medical and professional staff are optimistic about the chances that Barak Becher will be on the staff and at his disposal.

Today Muhammad held a training session for the first time since the match in Portugal, and in Haifa they hope that tomorrow and on Tuesday Muhammad will increase the pace and then he can indeed be at Bakr's disposal.

In another matter, Maccabi Haifa received a message from the French team that about a thousand PSG fans would come to the game in Haifa.

Because of this, tomorrow in Haifa they will contact UEFA to find out whether it will be possible to thaw more tickets for the benefit of the local fans or whether the required buffering prevents this. As you know, UEFA is the manager of the event when it comes to the group stage of the Champions League and therefore such a move cannot take place without official approval from them.

Against the background of the preparations for the match against Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday and the perfect balance in the Premier League, the Maccabi Haifa players received grants yesterday (Saturday) for promotion to the Champions League.

The club decided to set criteria for three levels, where each of the levels will receive a different amount of money.

Tier 3 included players who did not play and did not take part in European games but belong to the club, and those included in it received NIS 70,000 each.

In the second tier were placed players who were part of the general squad but did not record too many minutes, and they received NIS 160,000 as a grant.

In the first tier were the team players and substitutes who received many minutes during the campaign, who received a grant of NIS 220,000.

As a reminder, apart from the prestigious achievement and entry into Europe's top 32 clubs for the third time in history, Maccabi Haifa will also receive financial grants the likes of which it has never known before - and even if it does not get a point in the factory, Maccabi Haifa has already secured approximately 17 million euros, only from UEFA.

The Greens received 15.64 One million euros for entering the Champions League, at least 1.137 million euros for a ten-year grant, and they will receive another 930,000 euros for each point they earn.

The total amount of grants to the players and the professional staff is estimated at NIS 5-6 million.
