On Twitter, Olympique Lyonnais hailed their first success of the season in the French league, in Reims (5-1) by addressing their thoughts to their international defender Griedge Mbock hit in the right knee with the France team.
Before kick-off, Lyonnaises and Rémoises had gathered to pose around two flocked jerseys in the name of Mbock held by Selma Bacha and Kessya Bussy.

Mbock's injury last Tuesday in the 37th minute of France - Greece, a non-qualifying match for the 2023 World Cup, had already aroused strong emotion both for its severity and the pain felt by the player.
On many grounds, such as in Montpellier with Charlotte Bilbault and Marion Torrent, many French internationals have thought of their girlfriend.

Part of the France and Lyon team, Mbock (71 caps) had a white season in 2020-2021 due to an injury.
She had surgery following a ruptured Achilles tendon in June 2020, then again in November 2020, before returning to training in September 2021.
This Thursday, OL gave news of their player referring to “a dislocation of the right knee reduced the same evening, in emergency, at the Charleville-Mézières hospital”.
Repatriated to Lyon, Mbock has since been hospitalized at the Jean Mermoz hospital to make a more precise diagnosis of her knee injuries.
She will be operated next Tuesday by Bertrand Sonnery-Cottet who had also taken care of Marie-Antoinette Katoto, the Parisian affected in the knee during the Euro.
"The unavailability of the Lyonnaise is already estimated at 6 months minimum" had indicated OL in its press release where it had also scratched the staff of the Blue.
"Olympique Lyonnais would like to point out that it had expressly asked the French Football Federation to spare its players for these two matches (Editor's note: Estonia and Greece) without challenge, given the busy schedule and the many matches played this season in various national and international competitions.
For example, Griedge Mbock has played 40 official matches since September 2021.”
