Oded Ketch's apprentices came to compete with a missing squad, which is still without the national team's captains: Guy Panini, Roman Sorkin, Rafi Manko, Jake Cohen and Lorenzo Brown.
After a close first quarter that ended with a point advantage for the French, the locals did not look back and with a one-sided second quarter which they won 23:38, they took a double digit lead which they maintained until the end of the match.
