Interesting developments.
Novak Djokovic will receive permission to compete at the Australian Open in January 2023, according to a report today (Sunday) in the Australian Herald Sun newspaper.
According to the source, the former world number one, whose nine of his 21 Grand Slam titles came on Australian soil, will receive permission from the federal government to enter the country and supposedly take part in the first Grand Slam of the season.

As I recall, at the beginning of the year the Serbian, who refuses to be vaccinated against the corona virus, was not allowed to take part in the tournament and was even detained for many hours at the airport until he was expelled in disgrace from the country.
He was also absent from the US Open Championship for the exact same reason and now it seems that it has finally been decided to allow him to return to his favorite court.
