SE Freising: Score before it gets really stormy

Before the state league game of his SE Freising against FC Schwaig, coach Florian Bittner primarily takes care of the over-25 players.

The SE Freising footballers have recently lost three games in a row.
"We knew that there would be phases like this again and again this year," said coach Florian Bittner.
"Despite the personnel changes, we have confidence in the squad."

However, the recent games did not make the young coach happy - especially with regard to the appearance of the more experienced kickers in the team.
Bittner and his assistant coach Michael Schmid don't want to blame the young players at all, but rather the established players.
What is it about?
"We definitely need a winning mentality in the team again," Bittner points out the shortcoming.
"And it's not just Michi and I who can go ahead here." He doesn't name names.
But those who are meant should certainly know themselves that they should feel addressed.
Apart from the coaching duo, there aren't that many players over the age of 25 at the SEF.
And it is precisely from them that those responsible at Lerchenfelder expect to ensure that a jolt goes through the team.

The situation with eleventh place in the table and the clear downward trend is not nice.
"But in the end we all want to have a nice weekend," says Bittner.
This means that everyone should question whether a defeat like that on Friday a week ago in Grünwald was really necessary.

Against FC Schwaig (Friday, 7.30 p.m.) it will be about the necessary ambition, but also and above all about avoiding mistakes.
On the one hand, the offensive should also convert their opportunities into countable ones.
On the other hand, Eintracht has to remedy the shortcomings on the defensive – there has not been a game without conceding a goal for a month.
"But defending starts right at the front," Bittner says, obliging all eleven men.
In terms of personnel, however, there are many question marks at the SEF.
Because half the team is currently ailing, it will only be decided on the day of the game which formation Bittner can send onto the field.
He would prefer to give one or the other footballer a break – but that's difficult at the moment.
So the previous ones will probably have to take action and brace themselves against the (autumn) storms that may soon be gathering.
