Real Madrid has won the 185th duel with FC Barcelona in the Spanish league.
In Madrid, the champions were clearly superior and won 2-0 (2-0) with goals from Karim Benzema (12th minute), Federico Valverde (25th) and Rodrygo (90+1, penalty kick).
Ferran Torres (83rd) scored late for Barcelona.
The Clásico of Spanish football was the current top game in the league.
Both clubs have been undefeated so far.
Madrid are now three points ahead of Barça.
It was the fifth win in the past seven Liga Clasicos for Los Blancos.
FC Barcelona started with an outstanding record of only one goal in eight games so far.
In Madrid it didn't take fifteen minutes until the second.
The starting point for Real's lead was Toni Kroos, who was fouled in midfield but managed a through ball into Vinícius Júnior's run when he fell.
His shot from a tight angle was blocked by Barça goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen, but Benzema was right on the rebound and converted the follow-up shot (12').
Lewandowski forgives from three meters
Barcelona rarely got into dangerous positions, the center and half-spaces in Madrid's half were mostly blocked, pushing the visitors to the wings.
From there there was still a big chance after a cross pass from Raphinha.
Robert Lewandowski scrambled at the second post for a low cross, but shot the ball over the goal from around three meters (25').
Apart from the action, Lewandowski, who leads the scorer list in Spain with nine goals, remained harmless against Madrid.
On the other hand, the Spanish record champions made it 2-0 after assists from Vinícius and Ferland Mendy.
Centrally at the edge of the penalty area, Valverde got space for a low shot that hit the bottom left corner perfectly (35').
It was the same in the second half.
Benzema celebrated a second time eight minutes after the restart, although he was found offside when the ball was thrown.
The goal was canceled (53rd).
Barcelona were hoping for a penalty after a slight touch from Daniel Carvajal against Lewandowski in the 74th minute, but were not awarded it.
Substitute Torres scored the goal late (83'), but Rodrygo was hit on the foot in the penalty area by Eric García and converted the penalty to make it 3-1 (90' + 1').
