Dietrich Mateschitz, founder of the Red Bull Group who died last Saturday, has created a unique sports empire.
These include professional football, Formula 1, ice hockey and e-sports.
Some events in extreme sports were controversial.
The Red Bull athletes provided exciting pictures and were admired by the fans.
But again and again there were fatalities at the spectacular events.
The victims included pilots, base jumpers and paragliders.
It is currently not clear how Red Bull's sports empire will continue.
