Xavi: "The results will come and if not - another coach will come" | Israel today

At the press conference held by Xavi today, the coach spoke in preparation for the match and, of course, about drawing conclusions following the failure in Europe.

"I still think positively," said Xavi, "we received a big blow in the Champions League but we can still have a good season. We have good dynamics and we have won against strong opponents already. We need to show character and continue to fight for all the titles we have left." 

The coach continued: "I'm talking to Laporte, things are clear, we need to improve. We will not stop working, I have complete confidence in our project. We had great expectations and we lost, now we will learn to tolerate the criticism and continue working patiently and calmly. I have the trust of the president and the board of directors ".

About the future, the Spaniard said: "Against Villarreal, Athletic Bilbao, Real Madrid and Sevilla we played well away, results don't have to distract us. I think the results will come and if not, another coach will come."

Xavi on his future: "I feel confident in this project.

This season the goal is to win titles.

The results will come... and if they do not come, then a new coach will come".

About the game against Valencia, Xavi said: "It's an aggressive and intense opponent, it will be a good game for the fans. We have good momentum in the league and we hope to continue it."
