The judge praised Haifa for its actions against rioting fans, before, during and after games, but noted in his decision that "it seems that the situation in the fields in general and that of the accused in particular, is only getting worse and the objects are usually thrown from the north stands."
In Haifa, who will play tonight against Benfica in the Champions League, they have not yet decided how to proceed and tomorrow a meeting will be held on the matter.
