Erling Haaland, the savior
As evidence ... While Manchester City was stuck in a difficult situation - draw and outnumbered - Erling Haaland made the difference by coming out of the substitutes' bench.
First, the Norwegian, who weighed well on the defense of the Cottagers, thought he had restored the advantage to his team a quarter of an hour from the end of regulation time.
But his goal was logically canceled for an offside position from the center of Kevin De Bruyne.
It was only a postponement.
Because at the very end of additional time, on a penalty obtained by the Belgian, the “Cyborg” offered the victory to his people with a strike on the ground with the left foot (2-1).
Simply the saviour.
Julian Alvarez confirms
In the shadow of "Cyborg" Erling Haaland, Julián Álvarez confirmed this Saturday afternoon his remarkable performance in the Champions League (a goal and two assists) against Sevilla FC last Wednesday.
The Argentinian, established at the forefront of the Mancunian attack, took advantage of a wonderful pass in space from İlkay Gündoğan to “shoot” Bernd Leno with his right foot and thus open the scoring (16th).
He was replaced shortly after the hour mark by his Norwegian teammate.

Antonee Robinson can blame himself
As Fulham FC held on to a draw against Manchester City, Antonee Robinson made a mistake with far-reaching consequences.
In added time of the game, trying to steal the ball from Kevin De Bruyne, the American mowed the foot of the Belgian in the penalty area ... thus offering a penalty and a match point to the Citizens.
An opportunity that Erling Haaland did not miss.
The triple penalty for João Cancelo
A game to forget for João Cancelo.
While Manchester City were leading in the score, and outrageously dominating, the Portuguese was guilty of a foul in the penalty area on Harry Wilson which resulted in a penalty, converted by Andreas Pereira (28th).
But that's not all.
The Manchester left-back was also ruled out, with the match referee believing he deliberately obliterated obvious goal-scoring action.
A triple penalty that could have been detrimental to his team.
