D0 2024: Danone becomes a partner of the Paris Games

With the arrival of the food giant as a tier 2 partner, the Paris 2024 Games Organizing Committee reaches 80% of the envelope

New partner of Paris 2024, Danone will provide 1 million dairy products to athletes - "products made for the most part in France and which respond to the desire to offer healthy, local and plant-based food" - via its various brands.

Danone also plans to promote food behavior and mobility messages through activations and campaigns.

Finally, the food group plans to make these 2024 Games a "real vector of pride and commitment" for the 100,000 employees.

In the past, Danone had been a partner of the Olympic Games in Albertville in 1992 and the Football World Cup in 1998, and had developed the Danone Cup in this context.

This new tier 2 partnership enables the Organizing Committee to achieve 80% of its sponsorship objectives at the end of 2022.

Paris 2024 has planned an envelope of €1.1 billion in sponsorship and discussions are underway, in particular with the luxury group LVMH.
