Asvel lost 93-76 against Lithuanian club Zalgiris Kaunas on Thursday at the Astroballe in Villeurbanne during the 7th day of Euroleague basketball, and remains in the second half of the standings with a record of three wins for four losses.
The score at halftime was 50-46 in favor of Kaunas.
Asvel showed too much clumsiness in shooting with 45.7% (21/46) against 75.8% (25/33) for his opponent, also superior to three points with 43.8% (7/16) against 36.8% (7/19) and free throws (22/17, 91.7%) against (13/17, 76.5%).
Kaunas was also superior in rebounding (33 against 23) and assists (19 against 11).
