The Chess Sub-Committee in Al-Hasakah held the province's fast chess championship, with the participation of 20 players from a number of Al-Hasakah clubs.
The tournament ended with Delkhwaz Barakat winning the first place, Abdul Rahman Omar second, and Kawa Younes third.
Head of the Chess Technical Committee in Al-Hasakah Mithaq Al-Hassan said in a statement to SANA that the tournament was held according to the Swiss system and consisted of 7 rounds, and the last three rounds were characterized by excitement and competition from the players.
