The German national team traveled to the training camp in Oman and is preparing for the World Cup there.
The first practice session took place in Muscat on Tuesday, but Thomas Müller was unable to take part.
Because the most experienced player in the World Cup squad (118 international matches) was recently injured.

And so, on Tuesday, Müller sat on a cool box on the sidelines and watched his teammates train.

, national coach Hansi Flick nevertheless gave hope: "Thomas had a long break, but trained very well in Munich," said the coach on Tuesday.
Flick's plan is therefore clear: Müller is not yet back in the friendly against Oman, but he should practice with the team again on Saturday.
Mario Götze, Toni Rüdiger, Matthias Ginter and Christian Günter were also not part of the unit, but had trained individually during the day.
FC Barcelona substitute goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen is out due to an infection.
There is little time for preparation
The team has a big task ahead of them: "Back to the top of the world" is Flick's motto.
The problem: There is significantly less time for preparation than was usual in the past.
“This time the national coach doesn't have the opportunity to go to a two-week training camp with us.
He depends on the work at the club,” said midfielder Leon Goretzka.
That's why the coach gave his players one piece of advice in advance: "It was a clear statement from Hansi that we would kindly get in good shape and get in good shape," revealed Goretzka.
Müller, for example, has been working intensively on his World Cup preparations since the summer.
The players from the Bayern squad had recently shown themselves to be in top form.
That gives hope, because FC Bayern has seven more players in the national team than any other German club.
Now it's about getting used to the high temperatures and developing team spirit.
"The players come from regular Bundesliga matches and it was important to us that they were able to acclimate to the World Cup region," says Oliver Bierhoff, the national team's managing director.
On Thursday, the DFB team will then fly to Qatar, the host country of the World Cup.
