After winning the World Cup, the demand for the Argentina team shirt continues to be high, and the sale is currently only possible to residents of the country • For the rest of the world, additional shirts should arrive only in April

Exactly one month ago, the Argentine national team managed to win the World Cup for the third time in its history.

Lionel Messi and his teammates celebrated on Qatar soil after defeating France in a penalty shootout in the final at the Lusail Stadium and spent millions on the streets to celebrate their first victory since 1986, when Diego Armando Maradona still starred for Albiceleste.

The win brought with it an unprecedented demand for the national team shirt both in Argentina itself and around the world, which makes the Adidas company helpless.

In the last few days, the company released 3,000 shirts for sale and they were snapped up in just four hours.

Currently, the sale is only possible to residents of Argentina while for the rest of the world shirts with 3 stars should arrive only in April.

It is important to note that the shirt is considered very expensive for Argentines, with a price of 22,999 Argentine pesos (about $125), which is quite high compared to the average monthly income in the country which is around $450.

This high cost may make it difficult for most fans to purchase the jersey and it is still unclear when there will be additional supplies in Buenos Aires, Rosario and other major cities in the country.
