The Leeds Marathon, which was run this Sunday, paid a beautiful tribute to Rob Burrow. The former rugby league player, English and British international, has been suffering from Charcot's disease since the late 2010s. He took part in this race, which now bears his name.
Beautiful.

After covering the 42km wheelchair, his former teammate and friend, Kevin Sinfield, carried him across the line together. All in just over 4h22. Rob Burrow, who is severely disabled, rode in his three-wheeled wheelchair, pushed by riders, including Kevin Sinfield, who wore a jersey bearing his name.
They rubbed shoulders with the national team and Leeds Rhinos, where they won numerous trophies, including three World Club Challenge and seven Super League, the French-English rugby league championship.
