Maccabi Haifa defender Rami Gershon has agreed to another season and will continue to wear green in the 2023/24 season. The 34-year-old returned to Israel in 2017 and signed with the club. In his six years wearing green, the defender has made 118 appearances in all competitions. Gershon won three championships with the club and reached the group stage of the Champions League and the group stage of the Conference League.

After the conclusion, Gershon told the official website: "I am happy and proud to continue for another season in a place that has become my home. Maccabi Haifa is not only the biggest club in Israel, it is also a warm and loving place with an amazing crowd and there is nothing happier than me.
